MASTERCOACH MENTORING PROGRAMME
This is an incredibly rewarding programme or women who wish to assist other women awaken their inner Goddess and Life Coaches alike. Three coaches get together for six sessions to reach greater abilities by receiving personal feedback on their coaching.
Each coach will coach for two sessions, each coach will be the client for two sessions and each coach will be the listener for two sessions.
Each session lasts for 1 hour and 15 minutes to allow for a debrief and discussion at the end.
I may interrupt the coach to offer more effective questions or share insights the coach may not have picked up on. This will help the coach to take the session into a more effective direction and reach greater depth to achieve more profound changes.
At times, I may coach the client myself to give the coach a chance to model the Goddess style.
My way of coaching is very intuitive and I adopt the coaching models to individualise them for each client. The focus is very much on heart-centered coaching, working with the inner child to heal traumas at the level they were created: in the emotional realm of the inner child. At the end and/or during the session, I will explain why and how I did what I did and their will be time to debrief and answer questions.
All sessions will be recorded for you to listen back to them and deepen your learning.
My normal hourly rate is $175 per hour. However, I offer special discounts to TCI students and only charge $125 per hour, so given that these mentoring calls last 1h 15mins, each session comes to $156.25. Each coach paying for 2 sessions.
